Because honestly… same. 😅

Well, I’m not here to age you, I wouldn’t even know how. But I can tell you 2025 has been a total roller coaster.

Let’s start with the good, because duh.

• I had 45 brand-new customers (what in the free world!!!)
• I earned several Scentsy incentives
• We donated $2,300 worth of product to Ronald McDonald House (and we’re doing it again!)
• I was interviewed on two podcasts, WHO am I 😂
• I shared more of my real life in my blogs. Scary, but y’all have been so open and kind.
• We expanded Amber Grillot (have you peeked at Organized Online Entrepreneur yet?)
• Jeremy kept building his business… and after LOTS of talking, we decided to close it. More on that later, it isn’t bad, promise.
• Kaci’s senior year has been full of college apps, lasts, and soaking up every moment.
• I added 20+ new teamies this year!
• I traveled to Minneapolis in July and now Punta Cana is coming in hot.
• And I started reading again. I used to read a TON before… well, life. And it feels so dang good to be back in it.

And now… the not-so-great stuff.

Because we’re honest here.

• The world is just… crazy. And it is not helping my control issues.
• My sales were down a tiny bit, nothing wild.
• Team effort and sales were down too… life LIFE’D for so many.
• Emotionally and mentally? Hard. Parenting adult kids is honestly harder than parenting toddlers.
• I don’t think I’ll earn this Scentsy trip, the first one I won’t earn since I started. I’ve done everything in my power. The rest requires mind control and… I haven’t unlocked that skill yet. 😂

So what’s coming in 2026?

HECK IF I KNOW.
No, for real, here’s what I want:

• Grow Organized Online Entrepreneur (I love that side so much).
• Grow my Scentsy biz and hit that top title.
• Keep loving what I do because it gives me so much pride and confidence.
• Expand the Emily Gives Fundraiser + bring in corporate/business donations + add a whole new way to give back.
• Maybe an empty nest? I don’t know, but my heart says we’ll be down at least one kid.
• Not being scared to share. It’s easy to say “who cares what people think,” but actually DOING it is another level. But I’m passionate. I’m good at what I do (not cocky, just facts), and I’m going to share it louder.
• And never ever giving up.
  Businesses ebb and flow (did I use that right? lol), and I’m here through all of it. Not because I’m stubborn but because I believe in this. Jeremy always reminds me I’m lucky to love what I do… and he’s right.
