Every year from January through March, I run this fundraiser in honor of my daughter, Emily. What started as a small way to remember her has turned into a yearly project that brings comfort and support to families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
RMHC uses donated self-care items to bless parents in the sweetest ways — Mother’s Day surprises, birthday gifts, welcome bags, and simple comfort items after long hospital days. These small moments matter more than most people realize.

💛 Why Ronald McDonald House?
Families staying at RMHC are often navigating long hospital days, emotional stress, and time away from home. RMHC provides a place where they can rest, shower, sleep, and stay close to their child during medical care.
The donated items from this fundraiser are used to support parents in meaningful, everyday ways, including:
- Birthday and Mother’s Day gifts
- Buddies & buddy clips for the kids
- Comfort items like hand soap, lotion, and body wash
- Scents that help rooms feel more like home
These small touches help families feel cared for during an incredibly difficult season — and that support is made possible through community partnerships.
