Customer Tracker Bundle

When I started my business, I truly had no clue what I was doing.

Before Scentsy, I was a massage therapist. And in that world…everything is documented.

Every client has a folder.

Every appointment has notes (SOAP notes if you’re curious…fancy therapist talk 😂).

You keep track of injuries, conversations, birthdays if you want to…everything.

It has to be organized.

Now…did every therapist actually stay organized?

Nope. 😂

Fast forward to starting my Scentsy business.

I knew I wanted to give really good customer service.

The problem?

My brain.

I’d get an order…

Do a little happy dance.

The kids would need a snack.

The phone would ring.

I’d start dinner.

And then two days later I’d think…

“Wait…did I ever message her back?”

I didn’t need a better memory.

I needed a better system.

Because if it was written down, I didn’t have to remember it anymore.

I could just look at my tracker, see what still needed done, cross something off (because seriously…who doesn’t love crossing things off?), and move on.

Over the years I’ve created tracker after tracker after tracker.

Some were terrible. 😂

Some were way too complicated.

Some lasted about a week before I changed them again.

But after more than 10 years of running my business, these are the ones that stuck.

These are the trackers I still use every week because they make running my business feel lighter.
