Scent can help with so many things

Alright, before we dive in, just know—everything here is totally subjective. Just because a scent should help with something doesn’t mean it’s a magic spell. Everyone reacts differently! But consider this your jumping-off point to find what works for you.

We all know scent is tied to memory—one whiff of something, and BAM, you’re back in your grandma’s kitchen or on that vacation from three years ago. But did you know scent can actually help you too?

Think about it—ever walked past a bakery, smelled fresh cookies, and instantly felt happier? (Or is that just me? 😂)

So, let’s break down some scent types and match them with some of my faves. Cool? Cool.

Happiness smells different for everyone, but if you’re looking for scents that typically bring the good vibes, try:

🍋 Citrus: Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit—bright, zesty, and fresh.
🍉 Fruity: Think juicy, tropical, sunshine-in-a-bottle kind of scents.

For me, relaxation = beachy, watery vibes. But classic relaxation scents include:

🌿 Herbal: Lavender, Chamomile, Sage
🌺 Floral: Ylang Ylang, Jasmine
