Dude!
Hold on tight, this is a doozy.
So you know, we celebrated the holiday at home, in jammies after an amazing vacation. Well then it just went BAM!
The 1st jeremy started to feel sick. I mean we spent all day in an airport and planes so expected. the 2nd he came home half a day and was down on the 3rd. Not like OMG sick, but enough.
But wait, back track, a dear friend of mine lost her husband before the holiday his service was on the 2nd. On the first a trooper at Jeremy’s post lost his wife to cancer after a hard battle. We had her funeral on the 4th. On the 3rd, my bestest friend’s son passed away (i can’t make this shit up) you tracking all this? We go to dinner on the 4th with our employees and i start to feel sick (lord today i do NOT have time for this). We also between the 1st and the 4th (which feels like a whole month long) lost two more people within the trooper community.
By the time we got home on the 4th im DONE. im down and out. Jeremy takes me to the little clinic on monday. Of couse nothing they can do, so i say my but in the recliner for 2 days because my best friend needs me on the 7th for her son’s funeral and im not missing it. I rested so much my butt hurt. Like no joke lol. But two days of full rest i was feeling better.
Today as i type this up, im tired lol. I went from 0-100 truly. But i don’t think i have much to do outside of the house for awhile. Sooooo lol. I did get a massage and pedicure today (did i tell you i lost half my big toe nail the DAY before vacation and then BROKE MY TOE ON vacation?!) There ya go, there is my life recap. Hopefully i got all the bad out that first dang week. Because it really was a rough week.
