Happy Halloween
It was a fun good week. We started it off by going to Vintage Market Days. Look at me going out in the wild all alone. It was crowded like crazy. But honestly it was nice. I grabbed some new bandanas for Ez (he is spoiled lol), i got some distressed flannels and some reuseable swiffer pads. Exciting right? lol. It was a nice something to do.
We also went to Halloween Haunt for the last time this season. i LOVE haunt. I love scary things, i love just walking around Kings Island with jeremy, eating, looking at the decorations, chatting, people watching. I always look forward to that.
He ropped me into tree work on monday. I sucked at it. It was cold, i was cold. There was NO sun, it was windy, i was miserable. There are many times when i don’t have anything to do (they are roping things or loading things) so i hid in the truck A LOT lol.
Last but the best, Trunk or Treat! So in 2020 the world was a mess, people hated cops, it was wild times. I saw a post on FB about another patrol post doing a trunk or treat. And i was like, ok let’s do this. And here we are at our 6th Trunk or Treat. And every year it has rained/sleet/snow. But this year…we had no rain, but it was cold. I think that is expected, though. It is always a great time.
I love seeing all the little kids, the costumes, it always cracks me up how excited they get to see patrol cars, tow trucks, etc. And we took Ezra. He did great. He didn’t like being leashed up and unable to go wherever he wanted. But he loved everyone coming over to pet him. He was living his best dog life lol.

Scent of the Season
They are really good. Like really. I swear we are knocking it out of the park with these collections.

So let’s break it down
- Cabin Cuddles: Fresh mountain air carries citrusy bergamot and herbal lavender over subtle white sandalwood. It is very much like stepping outside on a cool day (but NOT booger freezing)
- Christmas Tree Farm: Icy cool air mingles with Frasier fir trees brightened with sparkling bergamot and an earthy hint of white moss. Ok it is a mix of pine & the scent around the campfire. There is a smokey vibe im getting from it. And then a hint of pine
- Cranberry Christmas Cake: Layers of creamy vanilla and cranberry jam sprinkled with sweet ruby crystals. lighter on the bakery side. Think like cake batter, cookie batter. It isn’t sweet. The cranberry is light. But it is baking BEFORE cooked.
- Sugared Peppermint Flurries: Sweet marshmallow and sugar crystals swirl in a refreshing air of peppermint. Similar to vanillamint with a bumped-up mint. Not booger freezing but oh so good of a replacement for vanillamint.
- Sweet Christmas Lily: The sweetness of candied sugar warmed by pink amber mingles with delicate white lily. I know that makes no sense. It is a hint of floral, but it is sweet. It isn’t like OMG floral. Think sort of luna but bigger and sweeter. I think would be a great bathroom or bedroom or even lobby scent.
This came out on the 1st. I’ll have an order going in the night of the 1st and then maybe again that monday, if not that monday, the next one lol
