It could have been worse
This week was a smidge of a roller coaster. Ok, let me start by saying, it could have been WAY worse.
We did a terribly hot tree job on sunday. My eyelids were sweating lol. But we got it done. Thankfully, it was shady so that did help some.
Monday he did a job with one of our employees. I didn’t have to work, wahoo. Well, it was supposed to be an easy job. Just notch and drop i think 3 trees. Super easy. We should never say easy.
So he notched the tree and it got caught up in another tree. Which happens and could be super dangerous. He went through all the possibilities and picked the least dangerous way. In the process, he snapped the rope, broke a chainsaw, crushed the bucket on the bucket truck, broke and lost his helmet, scratched up his whole right side, and bruised his ribs and chest.
So again, it could have been worse. But when he came home, it did scare the bejebus out of me. He went to work the next day and is doing fine, just slower.
But, ready for some real life stats of a business owner? This job was a $900 job. New saw = $800+, new bucket = $1300, new helmet = $600, New comms for the helemt =$300. You win some, you lose some. Sooooo need any scentsy, BAHAHAHAHAHA
My air has also now stopped running since sunday, so if you see me selling feet pics, mind your business. It was so hot the teens ventured downstairs. And i was a repeat guest on a podcast! Me, little ole me. It was such an honor. In this gig a lot of times i have no idea if im helping anyone. Your team doesn’t listen or do anything, you sometimes feel like you are an island of one. So to be asked to share some things to help others, you feel super good.

You know my sad story of not clubbing pineapple pucker. This is pineapple pucker with fruit in it. I’m very picky about the scents i club, and i did club this scent.
Double Spotlight
July’s warmer and scent of the month are super neat. The scent is magical. Like truly magical. Not in like a fairy tale way, but when i smell it i instantly think castle vibes, breezy courtyard vibes.
The warmer, not my vibe, BUT the faux wood, the glowing caps, i can appreciate the true beauty of it. The faux wood, the glowing caps. It really is a beautiful warmer. It is available on the 1st. So if you need it let me know ASAP.
Late Night Amazon Buys
So 2 things about me, 1) im cold 90% of the time. 2) im self-conscious. I feel weird in sleeveless tops. Like my arms jiggle, im really pale (but im 100% ok with that), and then i worry about being cold.
Well last year i decided, screw this, im wearing some sleeveless tops! I bought several at target last year but i knew i needed some more. Well shopping for clothes is daunting. So i’m the QUEEN of buying on amazon, try on at home, then return. I got this tanks, and they are so nice. They are soft, they are not tight, they are flowy. No big arm holes either. Like no bra or side boob.
I ordered a large because i like length. I’m 5’9 and about 170lbs and have small boobs if that helps you size lol.

We don’t have a specific organization at the moment. But we always have a charitable cause warmer. This warmer, first off, hello 4th grade vibe. Remember when that yellow happy face was everywhere when we were younger??
